Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged on arrival. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or used products.
2. Reporting Timeline
- Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this 3-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. Proof Requirement
- An unboxing video is mandatory/preferred to validate claims of damage or defects.
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect must be provided.
- Without sufficient proof, your return request may be rejected.
4. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@perfectlylifestyle.com.
- Share your order details along with the required proof (video/photos).
- Wait for our team to review and approve your request.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us as instructed by our support team.
5. Shipping Charges
- If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, Perfectly Lifestyle will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the product is found not to be defective upon inspection, the shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
We do NOT accept returns in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products that have been used or washed.
- Damage caused by the customer through incorrect usage.
- Requests without mandatory unboxing proof.
